XL PRINTING Shipping Policy
XL PRINTING Ships Monday Through Friday. Heavy or large items require charges in addition to the normal shipping rates. Products will not ship to P.O Boxes. Orders placed after 12:00 pm Pacific Standard Time will be processed the next business day. Shipping & Handling is calculated during the checkout process. When an order is submitted, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been received. For information on the status of your order, email us at sales@xlprinting.com . Orders usually ship 3-7 days from the time your order is received. Special arrangements can be made by contacting sales@xlprinting.com. Alaska or Hawaii: Allow 1-2 additional days for shipping and $15.00 additional for shipping other than standard shipping. Orders outside of the Continental United States require additional shipping calculations.
Billing & Exchange/Return Policy
All products are covered by a 7 day satisfaction guarantee (custom products do not apply). Guarantee is effective for 7 days from the date that the product(s) are received by customer. To receive credit for products returned, customer must ship product(s) in their original shipping package(s) or container(s) & prepaid back to XL PRINTING c/o Returns on or before the 7 day period expires. Product should be returned in the same condition as was purchased & shall not have suffered from end user use or abuse. Warranty info:
Under no circumstances will a refund be issued for any custom printed graphics. All graphics produced are completely custom, and are therefore only of value to the original purchaser. Vehicle wraps do not carry a replacement warranty. Due to the infinite amount of potential causes to wrap failure, TackleDecals.com will, on a case per case basis, inspect, review, and repair wraps at a discounted price to the customer. Any and all defects are limited to faulty materials. “Peeling” and “Lifting” in tight areas or in corners are considered normal wear and tear issues. Vinyl wraps are expected to last between 2-3 years with proper care. Under no circumstances will installation error be considered a defect.
